There might be several reasons for not receiving the verification email from [MindStick Training](https://training.mindstick.com/) which are listed below-

- **Network issue**- You may have a bad internet connection or other network issues.
- **Blocked**- The admin might have blocked your email.
- **Spam**- The reset email might have gone to your spam folder.
- **Entered Incorrect Email**- You might have entered the incorrect email ID (other than registered mail) to receive the reset password email.
