There are a few ways to filter incoming emails in Outlook.

**Use the built-in search filters:** Outlook has a built-in search filter that allows you to filter emails by sender, recipient, subject, date, and other criteria. To use the built-in search filter, follow these steps:

1. In Outlook, click on the **Search** bar.
2. Enter the criteria that you want to use to filter the emails. For example, you can enter the sender's email address, the subject of the email, or the date the email was received.
3. Click on the **Search** button.

**Create rules:** You can also create rules to filter incoming emails. Rules allow you to automatically move emails to specific folders, flag them, or delete them. To create a rule, follow these steps:

1. In Outlook, click on the **File** tab.
2. Select **Manage Rules & Alerts**.
3. In the **Rules and Alerts** dialog box, click on the **New Rule** button.
4. In the **Rule Wizard**, select the conditions that you want to apply to the rule. For example, you can select to apply the rule to messages from a specific sender, with a specific subject, or with a specific attachment.
5. Select the actions that you want to take when the rule is triggered. For example, you can select to move the message to a specific folder, flag the message, or send the message to a contact.
6. Click on the **Finish** button to create the rule.

**Use a third-party email filtering service:** There are a number of third-party email filtering services that can help you filter incoming emails. These services typically use spam filters and other techniques to block unwanted emails. To use a third-party email filtering service, you will need to set up an account with the service and then configure Outlook to use the service.
