Keep in mind that the field evolves rapidly, and there may have been further developments since then. Here are some of the key technologies that were prominent at that time:

## Advanced Materials:

- *Carbon Fiber Composites:* Lightweight and strong materials like carbon fiber composites are increasingly used in aircraft structures, enhancing fuel efficiency and performance.

## Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing):

- *Complex Component Production:* 3D printing enables the production of complex and lightweight components, reducing the weight of aircraft and allowing for more efficient designs.
