Data Science is a multidisciplinary field that studies massive amounts of data and extracts *meaningful insights* from these datasets. The data can be structured or non-structured. It combines techniques, concepts, and tools from statistics, computer science, mathematics, and domain-specific knowledge to analyze data and recognize hidden patterns and relationships.

Data science is about using different methods to find useful information from data. This includes *collecting data*, *cleaning it up* so it's easier to use, and *analyzing* it using special tools that help you find patterns and relationships. The findings can be communicated using *visualization tools*. Data science is nowadays used in lots of different areas, like business, healthcare, social studies, and science.
