# Give advantages of JavaScript.

## Here are some merits or advantages of using JavaScript are −

- **Less server interaction** − we can easily validate user input before sending any page off to the server. This helps to save server traffic, that means less load on our server.
- **Immediate feedback to the visitors** – Users don't have to wait for a page to be reload to see whether they have forgotten to enter something or not.
- **Increased interactivity** − We can [**create interfaces easily**](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/155987/give-the-limitations-of-javascript) that react when the users have over them with a mouse or also they activates them via the keyboard.
- **Richer interfaces** − We can use JavaScript which include such items like drag-and-drop components and sliders which give a Rich Interface to our site visitors.
