You can determine Windows 10 system settings through multiple built-in diagnostic tools.

## 1. Using System Information (msinfo32)

Click the Windows key and hit R to open the Run box, enter msinfo32, and select Enter.

The System Information tool will show you processor information plus RAM size and BIOS status when it opens.

## 2. Using Settings

Press the Windows key plus I to open your Settings panel.

Go to System > About.

You will find all technical information about your device's name, processor, RAM, and system platform here.

## 3. Using Command Prompt

Start Command Prompt through the Run dialog by pressing Windows + R then enter cmd and press Enter.

Type systeminfo and press Enter.

You will see complete system details like operating system version, processor type and installed updates on screen.

## 4. Using DirectX Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag)

Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog. Type dxdiag and click Enter to access this tool.

The DirectX Diagnostic Tool starts up to display how your processor works plus your RAM specifications as well as your graphics card model including DirectX version details.

Follow these instructions to gather your Windows 10 system information without taking up too much time.
