# Tips for Healthy Eyesight

Don't take this lightly. Follow these simple steps to keep your eyes healthy.

### 1. Eat well

Eye health starts with the food on the plate. Nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc, and vitamins C and E can help prevent age-related vision problems such as macular degeneration and cataracts.
