Go to Microsoft Account Security and select Password Security.

As for security, you may be asked to verify [your identity](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/12451/finding-your-identity-5-ways-to-make-your-brand-stand-out) with a unique code. [Decide if](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/96459/how-do-you-decide-if-pinterest-is-good-for-your-business) you want to receive the unique code by email or on phone number as SMS. You will be asked to verify your [email address](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/33871/how-to-validate-email-address-in-javascript) or the last four digits of [your phone](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/108492/what-to-do-if-your-phone-is-frozen) number, and then select Send code. When you receive the code, enter it and select Send.

Tip: If you can't get the code by email or phone, you may be able to enter a different email address from the one you are trying to retrieve. Go to Recover your Outlook account page and follow the process given below.

Enter your recent password, enter your new password, re-confirm your new password and then select Save.
