Press the "Continue" menu button.

Step 4: Microsoft will email the details of the password change procedure to your alternate email address to recover yours forgot Hotmail password.

Step 5: Click on the link of the newly received email from Hotmail / Microsoft labeled "Confirm request and reset password".

Step 6: On the page shown below, enter your Hotmail ID. Then, enter the new password along with a confirmation entry and then click on the "Continue" button. You will then be directed to the Windows Live login screen.

Step 7: Continue to log in to Windows Live Mail with your new password.
