CalendarExtender is hiding behind ModalPopup

I am working on AJAX controls and using modal popup but on button click calendarextander shows up behind modalpopup control.
any suggestions? CalendarExtender is hiding behind ModalPopupCalendarExtender is hiding behind ModalPopup
